#289 – Beautiful Day Stained Glass Technique – March 16, 2018

This is the card I shared on Facebook Live last Weds.  I used the Beautiful Day stamp set (pg. 26-Occasions catalog).  I embossed the flower using Basic Black Archival ink and clear embossing powder.  I embossed it onto Silver Foil (pg. 194-Annual catalog).    I colored the flower using Cherry Cobbler, Daffodil Delight and Old Olive Blends. (pg. 31-Occasion catalog).
I then pressed a Versamark pad directly onto the silver foil and used the Clear embossing powder on top.  After you heat it with the heat tool, it gives the image a stained glass look.

The card to the right is my inspiration card that I received from Tamra Davis, when I was in Michigan for training recently.  I love the colors!  Congratulations to Donna Quan who has happy mail coming her way from  Facebook Live last Weds.   Be sure to visit my customer Facebook group, Stampahowlic Stampers, next Weds. at 8 pm CST for another party.

Happy mail is coming your way too!

This is a clock I have in my stamp room.  I have had it for ages, probably close to eighteen years.  It always gets a lot of comments.  I tease that the stamps cost more than the clock. 🙂

Today is…
This is my kind of day to celebrate!  Wrap your head around that and make it a great day!!!
